Return Policy

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt. However, as part of our commitment to sustainability, we kindly ask you to carefully consider whether the product is a good fit for you before making your purchase. This helps to prevent unnecessary returns, reducing our environmental impact.

To minimize transportation emissions and waste, we ship products directly from our supplier, rather than using a warehouse in Australia. This allows us to offer better prices while lowering our environmental footprint.

Please note that if you wish to return an item, it must be sent back to our supplier’s warehouse, which is located in Asia. Therefore, the responsibility for return shipping costs lies with the customer, as these costs are not included in our pricing.

Return shipping costs typically range from AUD 25 to AUD 50, depending on your location. We recommend using a Track & Trace service for your return, as we cannot be held responsible for any lost items.

Step 1: Contact Us
Email us at info@aire-melbourne.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Step 2: Send Your Package
Once you’ve received instructions from us, return the items to the address we provide. Make sure to use a shipping method with a Track & Trace code. As the sender, you are responsible for the return, so we strongly recommend choosing a traceable shipping option.

Step 3: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive your return in good condition, we will process the refund to your bank account within 14 business days.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may reconsider your purchase. However, please be advised that all purchases are final and cannot be canceled once an order is placed. If you need to initiate a return, please refer to our return policy outlined above.
